Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization for approval of a Special Permit Use for an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in and R-1A zoning district at 154 Myrtle Street, Boutte, as requested by Celeste Ford.
Body
WHEREAS, a property owner, Celeste Ford, requests a Special Permit Use for an accessory dwelling unit on Lot 9A of Breaux Subdivision, 154 Myrtle Street, Boutte, zoned R-1A; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Department recommended approval of the Special Permit Use with the stipulation that changes to the site plan may be approved at permitting to meet building code, setback, and drainage requirements; and,
WHEREAS, at a meeting on April 5, 2018 the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the Special Permit Use with the stipulation that changes to the site plan may be approved at permitting to meet building code, setback, and drainage requirements at an April 5 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of PZSPU 2018-03 for an Accessory Dwelling unit at 154 Myrtle Street, Boutte, with the stipulation that changes to the site plan may be approved at permitting to meet building code, setback, and drainage requirements as requested by Celeste Ford.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
