Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance 83-5-3 by removing the four (4) no parking signs on the left side of St. John Street and to install 'NO PARKING" anytime on the Park Side of St. John Street and to install "NO PARKING" Monday through Friday on the residential side between the corner of St. John and Birch Street to 110 St. John Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. Traffic control signs have been posted by the Department of Public Works since the adoption of Ordinance No. 82-10-9.
SECTION II. In accordance with Section 15-5, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to order the erection, removal and location of such traffic control signs, signals, devices and markings as provided in the chapter or any amendments thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, DO HEREBY. amend Ordinance 83-5-3 by removing the four (4) no parking signs on the left side of St. John Street and to install 'NO PARKING" anytime on the Park Side of St. John Street and to install "NO PARKING" Monday through Friday on the residential side between the corner of St. John and Birch Street to 110 St. John Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
