Title
An ordinance to revoke and abandon a sewer force main servitude and a sewer treatment plant servitude on proposed lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4 and X-1-A5 of Dixieland Subdivision in Montz, LA; and to approve an Act of Donation of a Sewer force main Right of Way on proposed lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4 and X-1-A5 of Dixieland Subdivision in Montz, LA.
Body
WHEREAS, certain property was laid out for use as a sewer force main servitude and a sewer treatment plant servitude, as indicated on a survey by Lucien C. Gassen, dated June 25, 2007; and,
WHEREAS, the property, which is located in Section 6,T12S, R7E does not currently house a sewerage treatment plant and the current force main servitude does not precisely align with the property lines; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to revoke said property indicated on a survey by Lucien C. Gassen, dated June 25, 2007, pursuant to Chapter 2 Sec. 2-4 of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances and wishes to accept the act of donation of the owner for a Sewer force main Right of Way on proposed lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4 and X-1-A5 of Dixieland Subdivision in Montz, LA.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Act of Revocation of a sewer force main servitude and a sewer treatment plant servitude on proposed lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4 and X-1-A5 of Dixieland Subdivision, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Act of Donation of a Sewer force main Right of Way on proposed lots X-1-A1, X-1-A2, X-1-A3, X-1-A4 and X-1-A5 of Dixieland Subdivision, is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION III. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Act of Revocation and Act of Donation.
