RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Ms. Vicki Carter to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District II Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Randy Lauve on December 7, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Vicki Carter 312 Fourth Street, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District II Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of DECEMBER 7, 2021 and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2025.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
