RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Jack Keen to the St. Charles Parish Planning & Zoning Commission as the District IV Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION due to the expiration of the term Mr. Jack Keen on May 31, 2024; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Jack Keen 836 Barber Road, Paradis, LA 70080 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION as the District IV Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective MAY 31, 2024 and shall expire MAY 31, 2028.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2024, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
