Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 - (Final) for Parish Project No. P040501, Plantation Road Reconstruction, to decrease the contract amount by $500.17 and increase the contract time by 7 days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-9-8 adopted September 7, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P040501, Plantation Road Reconstruction, to Cycle Construction Co., LLC; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $500.17 in the contract amount and an increase of 7 days in the contract time.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 - (Final) for Parish Project No. P040501, Plantation Road Reconstruction, to decrease the contract amount by $500.17 and increase the contract time by 7 days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
