Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P021006, Primrose Box Culverts to balance contractual quantities with actual quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-3-8 adopted March 22, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Fleming Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of Primrose Box Culverts in the amount of $377,032.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 - Final is necessary to close out the construction contract with Fleming Construction Co., Inc. for Parish Project No. P021006, Primrose Box Culverts.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for Parish Project No. P021006, Primrose Box Culverts, to reduce contract amount by fifty-three thousand five hundred thirty-nine dollars and 20 cents ($53,539.20) and decrease the contract time by twelve (12) days, is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
