Title
An ordinance to amend the Traffic Code for St. Charles Parish, to provide for one marked designated parking space at the back of the Courthouse for the "Drivers License Office Manager".
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Section 15.8 (b.) (1.) be added to the Code of Ordinances allowing one designated parking space for the Drivers License Office Manager.
SECTION II. That parking control signs be posted by the Department of Public Works.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
