Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Ryan E. Burks for - "RYCARS Construction, Inc." - a construction company at 170 Dunleith Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Ryan E. Burks would require Louisiana State licensing for a construction company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Ryan E. Burks 170 Dunleith Drive Destrehan is for - "RYCARS Construction, Inc." - construction company.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Ryan E. Burks a home occupation permit for a construction company.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2002, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
