Title
A resolution submitting three nominees for consideration of appointment by the Governor to the Southeast Regional Airport Authority as per Act 927 of the 2008 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.
Body
WHEREAS, by virtue of Act 927, signed into law by the Governor of the State of Louisiana on July 14, 2008; the Governor shall appoint one member from a list of three nominees submitted by a Resolution of the St. Charles Parish Council to the Southeast Regional Airport Authority.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby submit the following names for consideration as the appointment from St. Charles Parish Council to the Southeast Regional Airport Authority, serving a term concurrent with the appointing authority.
