IN   RECOGNITION
WHEREAS,      Joleigh Elise Martin is a resident of Lafourche Parish residing in Raceland, Louisiana with her parents Trish and Christopher Martin and her brother George; and,
WHEREAS,      Joleigh is a fifth grader at Raceland Upper Elementary and has been attending the Lion's camp each summer since she was eight years old; and,
WHEREAS,      Joleigh enjoys dancing, swimming, and playing school or house; and,
WHEREAS,      on June 14, 2014, Joleigh was crowned Boutte River Region Lion's Club Ambassador Queen II; and,
WHEREAS,      Joleigh proudly represents the Boutte River Region Lion's Club at fairs, festivals, charitable pageants and events throughout the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
