Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Michele J. Borey for - "Michele J. Borey, LLC" -occupational therapy at patients home. Home office will be at 151 Lakewood Drive, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Michele J. Borey would require Louisiana State licensing.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Michele J. Borey, 151 Lakewood Drive, Luling, La. is for - "Michele J. Borey" - occupational therapy business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Michele J. Borey a home occupation permit for occupational therapy.
