Title

A resolution to appoint Mr. David Thomas to the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Body

WHEREAS,            There exists a vacancy on the PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ; and,

WHEREAS,            The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,

BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. David Thomas    P. O. Box 1285, Boutte, LA  70039    be appointed to fill the unexpired term on the PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION         ; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of IMMEDIATELY  and terminate    JUNE 1, 2004   .
