Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Sealevel Construction, Inc for the construction of Parish Project No. S050202 and S050203, Fiscal Year 2005 LCDBG Program Acorn and Sharon Street Sewer Improvements, with Bid in the amount of $366,750.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by St. Charles Parish on March 25, 2010 for Fiscal Year 2005 LCDBG Program Acorn and Sharon Street Sewer Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Capitol Engineering, LLC Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, Sealevel Construction, Inc, in the amount of $366,750.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Sealevel Construction, Inc, for the construction of St. Charles Parish Project No. S050202 and S050203, Fiscal Year 2005 LCDBG Program Acorn and Sharon Street Sewer Improvements, is hereby accepted, in the amount of $366,750.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said contract documents.
