Title
A resolution to approve the 2011 Contract Documents and Specifications for Solid Waste Collection.
Body
WHEREAS, the current Solid Waste Collection Contract expires on February 28, 2011; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to issue a Request For Proposals based on the 2011 Contract Documents and Specifications to be used for its Request For Proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve the 2011 Contract Documents and Specifications for Solid Waste Collection.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Contract/Finance and Administrative Committee is hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to issue any Addenda it deems necessary to the specifications.
