Title

A resolution to appoint Mr. Oliver Dufrene to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing the St. Charles Firemen's Association.

Body

WHEREAS,                     there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Armond J. Bourque, Sr. on August 19, 2019; and,

WHEREAS,                     it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that                      Mr. Oliver Dufrene                                                                                    P.O. Box 273, Paradis, Louisiana  70080                                           is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective AUGUST 19, 2019 and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2023 .

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
