Title
A resolution appointing Councilman Marcus M. Lambert to the South Central Louisiana Solid Waste District.
Body
WHEREAS:      There exists a vacancy on the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA          SOLID WASTE DISTRICT   due to the expiration of the term of  Councilman Derryl Walls on January 14, 2008; and,
WHEREAS,            It is the desire of the Parish Council to fill the unexpired term; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that             Councilman Marcus M. Lambert, P. O. Box 302, Hahnville, LA 70057             is hereby appointed to the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA SOLID WASTE DISTRICT  ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective JANUARY 14, 2008 and shall expire    JANUARY 9, 2012    .

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
