THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That traffic control signs have been posted by the Department of Public Works since the adoption of Ordinance No. 82-10-9.
      SECTION II.      That in accordance with Section 15-5, Motor Vehicles and Traffic of the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to order the erection, removal and location of such traffic control signs, signals, devices and markings as provided in the chapter or any amendments hereto.
      SECTION III.      That Four-Way "Stop" signs at the intersection of Gassen Street and Hackberry Street in Luling be installed.
