Title
An ordinance to rescind Ordinance No. 03-6-14 which placed a Moratorium on the issuance of permits for mobile homes along Wenger Road in Des Allemands until December 31, 2003.
Body
WHEREAS, on June 16, 2003, Ordinance No. 03-6-14 was adopted by the Parish Council authorizing a Moratorium on the issuance of permits for mobile homes along Wenger Road in Des Allemands until December 31, 2003.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 03-6-14 adopted on June 16, 2003, is hereby rescinded.
