Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) for Parish Project No. P000801 Road Overlay 2000 - 2001 to add the necessary repairs requested by the St. Charles Parish Council for Kliner Road, Early Street, Coronado Drive, Pine Street, Oak Street, and Texaco Road.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-7-4 adopted July 23, 2001 by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the addition of Kliner Road the Road Overlay 2000 - 2001 Contract; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-9-14 adopted , 2001 by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the addition of Early Street to the Road Overlay 2000 - 2001 Contract; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-11-6 adopted November 5, 2001 by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the addition of Texaco Road to the Road Overlay 2000 - 2001 Contract; and,
WHEREAS, Coronado Drive, Pine Street, and Oak Street were additional requests by Council Members.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS,
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for the Road Overlay 2000 - 2001 Contract to add the necessary repairs requested by the St. Charles Parish Council for Kliner Road, Early Street, Coronado Drive, Pine Street, Oak Street, and Texaco Road is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
