RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Beverly A. Delaune to the St. Charles Parish Library Board of Control as the District III Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Beverly A. Delaune on August 1, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Beverly A. Delaune 2117 Ormond Blvd., Destrehan, LA 70047 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH LIBRARY BOARD OF CONTROL as the District III Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of AUGUST 1, 2019 and expire AUGUST 1, 2024.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2019, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
