A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Starr Dufrene, Darrel Dufrene, Twyla Dufrene, Riley Dufrene to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2006-08 for a resubdivision of Lot J-1 of the resubdivision of Lot “F”, “G”, “H”, & “J” of a partition of Lots 846, 847, 484 & 849 of Sub Drainage District No. 3 of Sunset Drainage District into Lots J-1-A, J-1-B, J-1-C, J-1-D, & J-1-E Section 26, T14S R20E Southeastern Land District West of the Mississippi River St. Charles Parish, La. with a waivers to the Major Subdivision Approval Process and the requirement for hard-surface frontage for Lots J-1-B, J-1-C, J-1-D, & J-1-E.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to Major Subdivision Approval Process and hard-surface frontage requirements for residential lots, and;
WHEREAS, the property owners, Starr Dufrene, Darrel Dufrene, Twyla Dufrene, Riley Dufrene, wish to subdivide Lot J-1 of the resubdivision of Lot “F”, “G”, “H”, & “J” of a partition of Lots 846, 847, 484 & 849 of Sub Drainage District No. 3 of Sunset Drainage District into Lots J-1-A, J-1-B, J-1-C, J-1-D, & J-1-E, all located in Section 26, T14S R20E Southeastern Land District West of the Mississippi River St. Charles Parish, La.; and,
WHEREAS, said property owners have requested waivers from the Major Subdivision Approval Process and the requirement for hard-surface frontage for Lots -1-B, J-1-C, J-1-D, & J-1-E.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby provide this supporting resolution to Starr Dufrene, Darrel Dufrene, Twyla Dufrene, Riley Dufrene to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS...
