ORDINANCE NO.
Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of an Agreement for Professional Services with GIS Engineering, LLC for providing all necessary services for a new Montz Pump Station (P210301).
Body
WHEREAS, the Montz area watersheds has been evaluated for potential drainage improvements; and,
WHEREAS, an additional pump station is expected to assist the existing Prescott Pump Station to improve the overall drainage of the Montz area watershed; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement between St. Charles Parish and GIS Engineering, LLC describes the details of the proposed services and compensation.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Agreement for Professional Services between St. Charles Parish and GIS Engineering, LLC for services as required by the Department of Public Works is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
