Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Ashton Plantation, LLC to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-77 for preliminary plat approval of Ashton Plantation, Phase 3 into Sq. 12, Lot 1-25; Sq. 15, Lots 1-37; Sq. 14, Lots 1-57, Drain 5, Drain 6, Reserve B-1, Reserve E-2, Reserve J-1; Reserve N, Reserve O, Reserve P, Reserve Q (Lake) by approving a waiver to the requirement for a minimum of 2 ingresses and egresses.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for waivers to the requirement for a minimum of 2 ingresses and egresses; and,
WHEREAS, the property owner, Ashton Plantation, LLC wishes to have preliminary plat approval of Ashton Plantation, Phase 3 with approval of a waiver to the required minimum 2 ingresses and egresses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution to McCracken Enterprises to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2007-77 for preliminary plat approval of Ashton Plantation, Phase 3 into Sq. 12, Lot 1-25; Sq. 15, Lots 1-37; Sq. 14, Lots 1-57, Drain 5, Drain 6, Reserve B-1, Reserve E-2, Reserve J-1; Reserve N, Reserve O, Reserve P, Reserve Q (Lake) by approving a waiver to the requirement for a minimum of 2 ingresses and egresses.
