WHEREAS, Caitlyn Nicole Tregre is a resident of St. Charles Parish residing in Luling, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Tammy and Jeffrey Tregre; and,
WHEREAS, on February 18, 2018, Caitlyn was crowned West St. Charles VFW Post 3750 Teen Miss Queen V at the annual pageant held at the VFW Post 3750 Hall in Luling.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
