Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Donna Fremen - "Donna$ Due$." - a beauty shop at 330 St. Anthony Street, Luling, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Donna Fremen would require Louisiana State licensing for a beauty shop.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Donna Fremen, 330 St. Anthony Street, Luling, La is for - "Donna$ Due$" - a beauty shop is hereby approved.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Donna Fremen a home occupation permit for a beauty shop.
