Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 11-1-9 to add language required by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD) officially accepting Parish Project No. P020903, West Bank Multi-Use Path, State Project No. 744-45-0007, Federal Project No. ARR-4502(500).
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11-1-9 adopted January 25, 2011 by the St. Charles Parish Council approved Change Order No.1 for Parish Project No. P020903, West Bank Multi-Use Path, State Project No. 744-45-0007, Federal Project No. ARR-4502(500); and,
WHEREAS, new policies from LaDOTD require St. Charles Parish to officially accept improvements via some form of Legislation; and,
WHEREAS, an amendment to the previously approved Change Order No. 1 would fulfill that requirement.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance 11-1-9 is hereby amended to add the following SECTION III:
SECTION III. The Parish President of St. Charles Parish hereby accepts as complete the contract with Boh Brothers Construction Company, LLC as of January 25, 2011.
