IN   RECOGNITION

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     Emily Catherine Witt is a resident of St. Charles Parish, residing in Paradis, Louisiana with her parents Mandy and Earl Witt and her sister, Corrin; and,

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on June 27, 2015, Emily was crowned the 20th Louisiana Catfish Teen Queen at the annual Louisiana Catfish Festival Pageant held at the Father Mac Community Center at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Des Allemands.

 

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
