Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 04-3-10, which approved the resubdivision of Lots 937 and 938 and a portion of Lots 867, 868, 869, 870, 871, & 872 into Sunset Ridge La Pâture in Bayou Gauche, to correct the approved Final Plat.
Body
WHEREAS, The St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 04-3-10 on March 22, 2004, which approved the creation of Sunset Ridge La Pâture; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the survey contained an error and a corrected survey has been prepared of Sunset Ridge La Pâture Ranchettes by Lucien C. Gassen, PLS dated July 9, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to acknowledge and approve said corrected survey.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 04-3-10 adopted by the St. Charles Parish Council on March 22, 2004, is hereby amended to substitute the Final Plat dated July 9, 2004, and recorded in COB 638, Folio 500, Entry No. 297188 in place of the original Final Plat dated February 3, 2004, and recorded in COB 633, Folio 725, Entry No. 292909.
