Title
A resolution appointing a member to the St. Charles Parish Communications District representing the St. Charles Parish Firemen’s Association.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT due to the resignation of Mr. Johnny Bourgeois on June 8, 2026; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH COMMUNICATIONS DISTRICT representing the St. Charles Parish Firemen’s Association.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire AUGUST 19, 2029.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2026, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
