RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint an Acting Parish Council Secretary.
Body
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in the position of Council Secretary; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Council to appoint an "Acting Secretary".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL do hereby appoint to serve as Acting Council Secretary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL recommend that receive a 20% salary increase for assuming this responsibility.
