A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to Paul Candies. to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2000-82, allowing a waiver on the 50 foot frontage requirement to 43.72 feet. The property owner is hereby authorized to vary the frontage from 50 feet to 43.72 feet on Lot 157-A-1, Coteau de France of Ranson Tract, Section 43, T14S R20E, Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, LA.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to required frontage; and,
WHEREAS,      the property owner, Paul Candies wishes to subdivide Lot 157-A into Lots 157-A-1 and 157-B Coteau de France of Ranson Tract, Section 43, T14S R20E, Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, LA
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for minor resubdivision approval with the waiver to the minimum required frontage of Lot 157-A-1 from 50 feet to 43.72 feet, as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2000-82.
