Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Randy M. Bernard - "R & D Machine" - milling of steel cylinders in outboard motor blocks at 106 Barton Avenue, Luling La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Randy M. Bernard would require Louisiana State licensing for milling of steel cylinders in outboard motor blocks.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Randy M. Bernard, 106 Barton Avenue, Luling, La. is for - "R & D Machine" - milling of steel cylinders in outboard motor blocks is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Randy M. Bernard a home occupation permit for milling of steel cylinders in outboard motor blocks.
