Title
A resolution requesting the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to extend the double yellow line on LA 306 from Highway 90 to South of Barber Road.
Body
WHEREAS, this is a heavy traveled area due to the new subdivisions and construction on LA 306; and,
WHEREAS, vehicles turning onto LA 306 from Highway 90 impatiently pass each other only to come head on with vehicles traveling north on LA 306, turning from Barber Road north onto LA 306 and also leaving the Church exit, forming a hazardous situation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby request the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development to extend the double yellow line on LA 306 from Highway 90 to South of Barber Road.
