Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Ashton Plantation, L.L.C. CUP #P20091281 for a permit for proposed general maintenance of water flow and drainage of the Ashton Plantation Subdivision which involves keeping the existing canals at their constructed and pre-existing widths/depths, approximately 18.86 acres of upland area may be impacted as a result of this proposed project, Section 8, 9, 85, 86, 87, 88, T13S-R21E, and Sections 96, 97, 119 T13S-R21E, in Ashton Plantation Subdivision, Luling, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Quartermen Inc CUP #P20091257 for a permit for proposed general maintenance of water flow and drainage of the Ashton Plantation Subdivision which involves keeping the existing canals at their constructed and pre-existing widths/depths, approximately 18.86 acres of upland area may be impacted as a result of this proposed project, Section 8, 9, 85, 86, 87, 88, T13S-R21E, and Sections 96, 97, 119 T13S-R21E, in Ashton Plantation Subdivision, Luling, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Ashton Plantation, L.L.C. their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
