Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Karen & Dee Fedrick - "Sno-Biz" - a stationary and mobile snowball stand at 421 Barton Avenue, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Karen & Dee Fedrick would require Louisiana State licensing for a snowball stand.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by Karen & Dee Fedrick, 421 Barton Avenue, Luling, La is for - "Sno-Biz" -stationary and mobile snowball stand is hereby approved.
      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Karen & Dee Fedrick a home occupation permit for a snowball stand.
