RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. David P. Bleakley to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District VI Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the resignation of Ms. Katina Summers on April 26, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. David P. Bleakley 308 Giacomo St., Norco, LA 70079 is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District VI Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2025.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2023, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
