Title
A resolution to approve and authorize the execution of a letter by St. Charles Parish approving MB3, Inc. as the successor of GCR, Inc. regarding the Professional Services Agreement with GCR, Inc. to provide professional services regarding permitting and the acquisitions of various land rights for Public Works Project No. P080802 Montz Master Drainage Plan Implementation.
Body
WHEREAS, as approved in Ordinance 19-6-4, St. Charles Parish entered into a Professional Services Agreement with GCR, Inc. on June 6, 2019, the scope of which was to provide professional services regarding permitting and the acquisitions of various land rights for Public Works Project No. P080802 Montz Master Drainage Plan Implementation; and,
WHEREAS, MB3, Inc. is the successor to GCR, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, all services, compensation, schedule, and payment shall remain as provided in Ordinance No. 19-6-4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of a letter supporting the succession of GCR, Inc. to MB3, Inc. in connection with the Professional Services Agreement entered into with St. Charles Parish on June 6, 2019.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said letter supporting the succession of GCR, Inc. to MB3, Inc.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2021, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
