RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Ms. Barbara Fuselier to the South Central Louisiana Human Services Authority Board.
Body
WHEREAS: there exists a vacancy on the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY BOARD; due to the expiration of the term of Ms. Barbara Fuselier on January 1, 2026; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ms. Barbara Fuselier 118 Cottage Drive, Luling, LA 70070 is hereby appointed to the SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY BOARD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and shall expire JANUARY 1, 2029.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2026, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
