Title
An ordinance of the Parish of St. Charles, providing that the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles be amended by revising Section 2-6 of said Code; providing that Justices of the Peace and Constables shall file an annual Reporting Form with the Parish Council.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Section 2-6 of the Code of Ordinances of the Parish of St. Charles be amended so that such section shall read as follows:
(c) Reporting. As provided in L.R.S. 13:2589.A, each person serving as a Justice of the Peace or Constable of a District for the Parish of St. Charles shall annually file a Reporting Form (Exhibit A) stating the caseload of their Office for the period beginning June 30 and ending July 1 of the next year. The Reporting Form shall be submitted in person or by certified mail to the Office of the Parish Council Secretary no later than July 15 each year.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby amend the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles by revising Section 2-6 of said Code; providing that Justices of the Peace and Constables shall file an annual Reporting Form with the Parish Council.
