Title
A resolution to change the regularly scheduled meeting time for the November 16, 2009 Parish Council Meeting from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Body
WHEREAS, the Council Chambers will not be available after hours during the time frame of November 11th - 20th due to the installation of a new generator for the Courthouse; and,
WHEREAS, in order to conduct the regularly scheduled meeting to be held on Monday, November 16, 2009, the meeting must be rescheduled to an earlier time that day.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby change the regularly scheduled meeting time for the November 16, 2009 Parish Council Meeting from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
