IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish recently assembled an interview/search committee with several industry and civic leaders from our community who conducted the interviews for the Director of Emergency Preparedness, a Homeland Security Agency for St. Charles Parish, and,
WHEREAS, we would like to thank Dow Chemical Company for allowing Mr. Tommy Faucheux and Mr. Scott Whelchel the opportunity to participate on the interview/search committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT I, LARRY COCHRAN, PARISH PRESIDENT AND THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
