Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Shawn M. Stinnett - "Bayou Boy's Home Improvements" - vinyl siding and patio installations at 2659 Hwy. 306, Des Allemands La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Shawn M. Stinnett would require Louisiana State licensing for vinyl siding and patio installations.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Shawn M. Stinnett, 2659 Hwy. 306, Des Allemands, La. is for - "Bayou Boy's Home Improvements" - vinyl siding and patio installations is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Shawn M. Stinnett a home occupation permit for vinyl siding and patio installations.
