Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Lease with Raven Land, LLC to house the County Agent's Office for St. Charles Parish.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish County Agent's Office is currently located at 15058 River Road in Hahnville; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of the current location have terminated the lease effective September 30, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the County Agent has reviewed available options and has requested that the Parish lease Suites D & E at 1313 Paul Maillard Road in Luling; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to approve said Lease.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Lease by and between Raven Land, LLC and St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Lease on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2004, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
