ORDINANCE NO.                   

Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Westbank Bridge Park Additions - Lighting to increase the contract by 24 days with All Star Electric, Inc.

Body

WHEREAS,      Ordinance No. 02-11-4, adopted November 4, 2002, by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of the Westbank Bridge Park Additions - Lighting to All Star Electric, Inc.; and,

WHEREAS,      it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract time by 24 calendar days.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.      That Change Order No. One (1) - Final for the Westbank Bridge Park Additions - Lighting contract to increase the contract time by 24 days is hereby approved.

SECTION II.      That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order No. One (1) - Final.
