Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Don S. Chifici for - "Chifici's Produce Co." - selling wholesale produce to restaurants in Jefferson and Orleans Parishes from a van. The home base business will be at 109 Ormond Village Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Don S. Chifici would require Louisiana State licensing for a wholesale produce business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Don S. Chifici, 109 Ormond Village Drive, Destrehan is for - "Chifici's Produce Co." - a wholesale produce business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Don S. Chifici a home occupation permit for a wholesale produce business.
