RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Samuel F. Elliott to the Industrial Development Board of the Parish of St. Charles.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE PARISH OF ST. CHARLES due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Jeffery Lemoine, Jr. on October 1, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Samuel F. Elliott 670 Magnolia Ridge Road Boutte, LA 70039 is hereby appointed to the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE PARISH OF ST. CHARLES.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment shall be effective OCTOBER 1, 2025 and shall expire OCTOBER 1, 2031.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
