Title
A resolution to appoint Ms. Valarie Berthelot as Interim Parish Council Secretary.
Body
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in the position of Council Secretary; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Council to appoint an "Interim Secretary".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL do hereby appoint Ms. Valarie Berthelot to serve as Interim Council Secretary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL recommend that Ms. Valarie Berthelot receive a 10% salary increase for assuming this responsibility.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2018, to become effective immediately.
