Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Dale M. Landry for - "All Home Improvements" - a residential remodeling business at 229 Mimosa Avenue, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Dale M. Landry would require Louisiana State licensing for a residential remodeling business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Dale M. Landry, 229 Mimosa Avenue, Luling, La. is for - "All Home Improvements" - a residential remodeling business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Dale M. Landry a home occupation permit for a residential remodeling business.
