THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1A to R-3 on the 18.5 foot strip of land at the rear of Lots GV-2-A and GV-4-A of Gassen Villa, as requested by Perryl Gassen, Samuel Dean, Jr., Hebert Dean, and Keith Dean.
      SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect this reclassification from R-1A to R-3 on the 18.5 foot strip of land at the rear of Lots GV-2-A and GV-4-A of Gassen Villa, as requested by Perryl Gassen, Samuel Dean, Jr., Hebert Dean, and Keith Dean.
